early flight room service bell service
The location inside the airport WAS great for my early flight. room service was fast and the food was good. bell service was really good. They really go ABOVE and beyond to help guests.
the blackout shades in my room did not block light properly. i could read a book at night BECAUSE of the light seeping through the gaps. this made it hard to sleep.

my king room was spacious and clean and had motion activated night lights. the tv was large and fit the room's size well, giving it a modern touch. the bed and bedding felt luxurious.

slick walls small room
the pool was acceptable.
my accessible room was not really accessible. the shower did not include handrails and it had slick walls. it was hard to move with a rollator because the room was small.

great location rental car food options
The location was genuinely excellent for my early flight, it eliminated any rush. I dropped off the rental car and relaxed. I also appreciated the food options available right downstairs.
The hallways felt quite long from the elevator. Though not a major issue.

excellent service nice equipment
The restaurant offered excellent service. The staff even took my bags down to check in the next morning, a helpful gesture. I found the fitness facility convenient with nice equipment. The pool area was quite lovely too.
The room felt a little stuffy upon arrival.

PERFECT Airport Stay!
luggage service fast service
The staff REALLY helped us with our bags when we arrived. The restaurant service was fast and efficient. It made the morning much better, especially with the luggage service. This hotel is a HUGE time saver.
The walk to my room felt long. It was a challenge with heavy luggage and I wish it was shorter.

My room had sparkling clean features, including a coffeemaker and coffee pods. Two bottles of water were also in the room. The modern decor looked great and the bathroom seemed large.

smooth check friendly staff great size balcony aloof reception additional cost missing beds
check in was smooth and friendly. i had a room on the 7th floor. it was huge and overlooked terminal b and the parking garage. the balcony was a great size and had comfortable chairs.
the reception staff did their job. they were aloof and seemed put out while checking us in and answering questions. they offered a suite for an additional $200 for one night. it turned out the room we had booked and paid for did not have 3 beds as we needed.
